“Very helpful and responsive via text or email. They were very accommodating towards are large group and let us arrive early which was amazing. Beautiful place right on the ocean and very convenient to grocery, restaurants and ferry. There isn’t much of a beach but easy access into water and very shallow. Lots of water toys for the kids and adults! Like any where on the island expect bugs and ants- but they did a great job of cleaning prior.washer was convenient during our stay! ”

“This property was spacious and had the best view of Opunohua Bay! Wonderful sunsets! The area is quiet and the back of the home facing the bay. There is no air conditioning, but many fans throughout the home. After the sunsets the house gets cooler. There is plenty of space for 2-4 people. There is a steep drive up to the home, but after doing it a few times is is easier. The host is wonderful, flexible, and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay. cooler. ”

“Christelle was a super host! She was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our trip. The house was perfect for our family. Easy access to the lagoon and snorkeling. It was so nice and fully equipped that our family preferred to eat on the outdoor patio rather than go to the restaurants. The pictures don't do the house or garden justice. “This villa was the most wonderful views of the ocean. It is so quiet you can hear the surf hit the breakers, even though you are way up the mountain. You can see for miles. It is a secluded, quiet place perfect for relaxing on the deck or swimming in the heated pool. Beautiful scenery going up and down the mountain also. Very secure area. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, almost instant hot water, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of dishes. The best thing next to the view and……

“Our stay in the bungalow was really nice. Pros: The bungalow was roomy, and the owners live in the home next to the bungalow. They have chairs right at the ocean for you to enjoy. Their dog, along with the neighborhood dogs, will accompany you in their garden and along the beach. They are all docile. The fridge and AC worked great, which allowed us to eat food in the bungalow. Temae beach snorkel area is just around the corner down the dirt road, and it offers some of the best snorkeling……

“At first, we wanted to relocate due to the hot condition in our room because this place has no Air condtioning. I believe another fan (two) or a better one will help the issue. We tried to relocate but the owner did point out that the place has no AC, so too late for us to back out. However, it turned out good or we made the best out of it. “We loved the private beach. This was our daughter's favorite part of the trip. There are other people who have access to the beach as well as you are in a neighborhood of Arue but compared to the public beaches you have a piece of paradise all to yourself. We also enjoyed all the animal life (giant snails, crabs, birds and one day we even saw a sea otter swimming near us). The neighbors do have dogs (and there are a lot of dogs in Tahiti) but they did not bother us. The rental van was a……

“This house was perfect in every way for us. We came to Tahiti to celebrate our 55th anniversary. When we arrived we found the house very clean and everything was organized well. There was even coffee and sugar and many condiments. The view from the porch was fantastic. Right on the beach with great breeze. We are planning to return here again. ”

“This property was clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance off the main road, close to public beaches. We arrived on the island early in the morning, and the hosts allowed us to check in early. They also gifted us a bottle of wine, knowing we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. “All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. ”
