“This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free. ”

“Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.”
