"酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。"

"Let’s talk about why I like. The location is really convenient. Located close to the central train station, can walk to the lake and the old town. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. However my caution to travellers is the room temperature. This hotel is central air for every room. So though it says airconditioning you have no control. You can only control the fan. So if you sleep with 18/19/20 as your preferred sleep zone your will be very uncomfortable. I had four nights and not happy in fact I’m exhausted from being uncomfortable. I can’t imagine what summer is like. If you like it warm when you sleep. No problem you will like this hotel. For me I won’t be back. A side nuisance was that the door card had to be reprogrammed every night I stayed. A claim that the card is sensitive to magnets but I don’t seem to have this problem at other hotels. A mystery unsolved. "

"The hotel room is very comfortable especially the air conditioning and bathroom. The two negatives are 1) breakfast selection is good but not the food quality, 2) location is near the main railway station but you may experience a little bit of dodginess in the area. "
