“The king size family room was awesome for our family of 5. The pool area was so fun, and my 4 year old loved how the gentle waves took her back and forth! I just wish they told us online or before getting there that the water slides (and waves) are only open/on when there’s a lifeguard on duty, so only from 5-10 at night. One slide was also out of service, which was disappointing. They give you kids eat free vouchers for Tony Roma’s, for dinner and/or breakfast, which we didn’t take advantage of……

“A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days I stay, and I didn’t see anyone using the pool. You can smell the hotel hasn’t cleaned their carpet for long (luckily not sticky, just very old). They don’t have front desk staff sometimes. There are……

“The GM went out of her way to make the stay an absolutely perfect stay. It was simple, clean, decent wheelchair accessible room, with overhead tracks in both shower and bedroom. More then ample room for me to turn around in the bathroom in my very large powerchair. Comfortable bed, liked the fact no carpets. I will definitely stay there again. ”

“I liked that our room opened up right to the pool area. But didn’t think about pool hours and travelling with small kids. The pool is open until 10 and there was a group of kids (?sport team) staying there on a long weekend. They were pretty loud until the pool closed at 10. It otherwise it was a fine place to stay for a night on our long trip. ”
