“This house was awesome. Tons of room. Clean. Everything worked. Beautiful community pool with bar and concession stand. And a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks. I’ve rented allot of houses on VRBO and this one by far is my favorite. ”

“We were some of the first people to stay in this house and we did a two week stay with our teenagers. We picked this location due to the proximity of everything. Nothing we were interested in was more than 20 min away WITH traffic. Disney, Universal, Millenia Mall, Sand Lake dining, Top Golf, Kia Center and the list goes on. Last year we stayed by Kissimmee/Reunion and there was so much traffic.Main areas are open and beautiful and the bedrooms have the perfect amount of theme-ing without……

“I don’t usually do reviews but this home was beyond my expectations. Home was clean and well kept up with everything you’ll need for your stay. Also, Tavares Seaport is just a few blocks away for an early morning or evening walk. ”

“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“I booked this home as a quick stopover after our Universal Studios trip, and I’m so glad I did! The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. My younger siblings couldn’t get enough of the bedroom/game/movie room with the pool table. But for me, the sunset was my favorite! So beautiful and peaceful! We’re already talking about coming back! “Liked the location and house. Could easily have been excellent overall with just a little attention to detail. List of things to expect at the house was incomplete/incorrect causing me multiple trips to the local store. Also, they had two board games and dominos with so many missing pieces they were unplayable. Also had coloring pencils with no points on them Making them unusable. A chalk board for the kids with no chalk. Sounds small but could have been so much better if someone paid……

“This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home,……
