“bad front desk service”

“After a lot of problems with the booking was pleasantly surprised at check in. Requested an early check in and as soon as we arrived the room was ready. The view from the room was beautiful and room was cleaned and turned down everyday. The shuttle service was great and we used it a lot. Never waited more than 5 minutes. The water park was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it all. My kids did the swim with the dolphins and for the price I don’t think it was worth it. Very short and not a lot of……

“My only complaint is the toilet water and water from the faucets REALLY smelled. Hotel needs to put chlorine tablets into every toilet tank.”
