“bad front desk service”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“One of our best vacation ever! The resort is very well maintained! The different building are connected with shuttle bus, which it makes us super easy and convenient for family with you children. The water park was amazing! Endless entertainment for the whole family. Drinks were great, a bit pricey! Place is very eco friendly. Will definitely go back!”

“The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. On the bright side, we still had an amazing vacation and the Bahamas are still at……
