“Very nice place and good location”

“Very clean room, cooler a bit noisy , pillows too lumpy but otherwise everything was quite nice. A big plus is that windows actually open, which is rare!”

“It is a very convenient location. The rooms are clean. There still appears to be the problem of residents allowing their dogs to defecate near the entrances and just leaving it there. I would stay again, especially if the price was right.”

“This is hard to give a rating to. The Pro’s: it’s cheap, good location, and has a bed. The Con’s: the place is a little run down and not super clean. This is a great if you just need a place to sleep. If you want someplace where you will want to hang out and relax, this probably isn’t the place. Worked out fine for us. You get what you pay for, so for the price this place was fine.”

“Overall the room was clean and a great value in the Scottsdale area. We will use it on our next visit to see our daughter. Access was easy and we had no problems during our stay.”

“We were pretty desperate to find a place to stay and found this one. It met our expectations given the price point. The information regarding the possibility of other guests smoking was accurate and it was a bit smelly upon entering the building but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy check in process. Very clear. We ran our air conditioning pretty cold the whole time to help with any possible odors. It seemed to work and we enjoyed the stay.”
