Sie haben argumentiert, dass sie keine Bestätigung vom Hotels.com bekommen hätten. Dann müssten wir uns darum kümmern. Wir saßen vier Stundenlang mit schlechtem WiFi in der nicht klimatisierten Lobby und haben versucht den Kundenservice vom Hotels.com - wegen der Zeitverschiebung - in den USA zu kontaktieren. Ein sehr hilfreich……

“Hotel grande, com piscina e SPa confortáveis e espaçosos, bem como o quarto e banheiro bem amplos e confortáveis! Roupas de cama e banho limpas e de boa qualidade, serviço de bar na piscina. Por ter Casaino no Hotel, tem bastante movimento na área do Bar e restaurante a noite, por atender Hóspedes e visitantes do Cassino! Mas no geral tem um custo benefício muito bom! ”
