“The property's management was very good. They addressed al our questions and request in the opening meeting, which meant we didn't need to constantly go to the management office to talk about problems with the property. We thought we would use the pool, but ultimately didn't. The pool was used by the children of other guests, so maybe if you have children this would be a good place for you. The suites were comfortable and the Air conditioning was super. We were always able to find the room……

“When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for the tax but not the price according to the booking, but much more. When I asked why they told me that I get no key if I don't pay. So I had to pay as HOTELS.COM has no hotline I could not do anything. The next day I asked for a recipe, but I was told that I get it via mail. Until now one week later nothing arrived. We booked a very expensive hotel as the pictures looked quite nice. But as the hotel was quite empty they did not have a breakfast buffet……
