“What a wonderful experience! The Residenza dell’Opera is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Very safe, helpful and very friendly staff, clean, spacious and a terrific location in Turin. Which is the hidden gem of Italy for those who haven’t been. I will be going back to stay and I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who is traveling to Northern Italy. Just fabulous!”

“Très belle hôtel, mais attention il y a certaines petites choses à revoir notamment au niveau propreté à mon arrivé la chambre n été pas très propre j étais un surpris pareil très compliqué de trouver une personne pour trouver un serveur pour prendre un simple café on dirait qu il un peu de personnel, pour ces petites choses. Ce sont des détails mais qui peuvent avoir de l importance. Mais bon dans l ensemble le personnel et très sympathique et serviable donc je recommande sans souci. Encore……

“the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.”

“前台的热情接待，将因火车司机罢工延误抵达的郁闷心情改善了许多。位置也很好，出行方便，出大门便是城市纪念雕塑公园，走不到10分钟便是连接通往多处景点的主干道，餐厅酒吧颇多，商业一应俱全。夜晚人声鼎沸热闹非凡，白天各式商店丰富多彩，逛累了可以很快很方便回到酒店。不足之处是酒店周围在修缮，景致和走路均稍有影响，但这应该是暂时的，酒店本身应该是很好的，还可以爬到楼顶上观景，能看见标志性建筑国家电影博物馆的塔尖，楼顶还有酒店自种的有机蔬菜植物园。”

“We had a great time. My son had a one-week camp nearby so we stayed for 8 nights in this hotel. Excellent service from the super helpful front desk, which gave us directions and helped us call taxi to the airport 4:45 am in the morning. The location is very convenient, we walked to everywhere. ”

“Il relax nella SPA nell'idromassaggio è stato eccezionale. La camera spaziosa e bagno comodo. Due cose da dire ci sono. La prima per dormire bene bisogna tenere la porta del bsgno chiusa perche la finestra in bagno non ha le tende oscuranti. Poi il cuscino attaccato al letto è un po scomodo perche non fa dormire molto bene. Rende un po' piu complicato trovare una posizione comoda. Poi per il resto sono stato bene. ”
