“There is a chain link fence surrounding the property that is not pictured in the photos, which surprised me a little upon arrival. There is also a trailer and some other miscellaneous items around the property within the fence that I’m assuming are the owners personal property. I was a little skeptical due to the above, but I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had no hot water issues, which I saw mentioned in other reviews. “When we couldn't stay inside Bryce Canyon Park, we looked for alternate accommodations outside the park and the town of Tropic was the best choice. It was a quick 10 miles to the park. This place fit our needs but we were in Unit #3 and there were stairs to the second floor. This is fine for us but maybe not for others. The room was cozy and clean with a small balcony. A couple of restaurant options closeby.”

“The tent and sleeping quarters were ok and comfortable. The problem was the showers in the morning - wastewater from the toilets over flowed into the bottom of my shower after someone flushed the toilet ( ankle deep). The septic was not draining properly. Best I got from management and VRBO - an apology for inconvenience. Wander camp claimed there was someone cleaning hourly - we didn’t see anyone between 0600-1000 am when shower overflowed with “human waste” from toilet. The pump on drinking……
