“I was lucky and won the lottery for The Wave! I booked the 20’ silver bullet for four nights. As soon as I saw Jeff and Steph have rescue animals I didn’t look for anything else. In addition to the rescue animals, it turned out to be the closest place to the trailhead for The Wave. Jeff and Steph were amazing and we highly recommend their ranch. We plan to go back next year!”

“Paria River Ranch is as unique as it is beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. The Silver Love Bubble and the Cowboy Cabin were cozy, comfortable and adorable. We had almost everything we needed for our 5 day stay and ate most of our meals at the Ranch. Steph was a perfect host who helped us with our plans and made sure we were comfortable. The Ranch is located near so many great hikes and natural features. We had plenty to do. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I stayed for four nights with a friend and it was perfect. Jeff and Steph couldn't have been more communicate, helpful or friendly and the airstream was super comfy and well-appointed. It's more of a horse property so lots of people with horse trailers were there, but who doesn't love being around a bunch of beautiful horses? The location is spectacular - we were hiking in Paria, Cottonwood Wash, Buckskin Gulch and everything was right there. We will be back!”
