“Location was convenient for access to Eva beach boat ramp. Comfortable and quiet. Great amenities. Only complaint would be the tankless water heater. Kinda hard to take a shower but maybe it's just me.”

“This place had everything - a delightful porch, a fire pit with awesome Adirondack chairs, a kitchen full of everything one could need, loads of outlets for charging, mini split ACs for ultimate comfort, a great shower, and foldable table and desk to maximize space. We’re thrilled we could stay here during our time in Big Sandy. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!”

“I met up with my brother which I hadn’t seen in some time and he stayed with me and we got out and fished some, went and had some good meals and sit a round talking about the old days. We had a wonderful time. I am about OCD about things but this house was extremely clean and well supplied. I would recommend it for anyone”
