“All of the staff was super nice and helpful to accommodate us with any of our requests or needs. We received the same courtesy at the Z’s on site restaurant as well. The atmosphere so conducive to feeling like one is in the Alps. Midway is a beautiful setting for the Zermatt.”

“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
