Key Features:
SKI ACCESS: To ski-out, simply walk out the garage and walk around to the back yard, slide through the back fence (see photo) and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, from where the Over and Out lift lets you off, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail (Timbers) that leads right back to the house. We advise adults run the route first before taking kids. Also be advised, the trail is weather permitting as there may not be enough snow early and late in the season.
*FREE SHUTTLE (This will be your best friend!) - the free on-demand CVMA shuttle is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter, at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘CV Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides to and from the house or anywhere in the village. If traveling with more than 10 guests, please have 2 members of your party sign up and call for 2 shuttles at a time. To travel outside the Canyons Village, check out the High Valley Transit app for complimentary rides. PENDRY'S is a great drop off point for dining and shopping. RED PINE GONDOLA OR SUNRISE LIFT are great drop off points for skiing. See attached village map for drop off points. USE THE HOMES ADDRESS FOR YOUR RETURN TRIP TO BE DROPPED OFF AT YOUR FRONT DOOR.
Beyond winter the best transportation would be to ride the Micro through High Valley Transit.

AC is only available upstairs. 1-car garage with plenty of parking on driveway. 2 car garage is for owners use only. 5 gas fireplaces for your use. The 2 wood burning fireplaces are not allowed to be used and shut in. We do allow children, although the home is not child proof. There are cleaning supplies in all 3 laundry rooms. Kids under the age of 16 are not allowed in the workout room or hot tub without adult supervision.
