“The house is extremely comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable seating, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue). “Overall the trip was good. We had some minor issues with the thermostat, kept resetting to 60 degrees at night and getting really cold. Richelle was notified a couple times and was finally able to correct the problem. Property was nice. Nice location for fishing and snowmobiling. ”
