“Home is cute, comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. Location was perfect for our needs. Water access was available although across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. ”

The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. Additionally, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the parking area. Our child's feet were black from walking on the floor upon arrival, requiring us to clean the floors. I also had to……

“We loved staying at Felicia's house. Check-in was very easy, the house was very clean, well stocked with towels, cofffee, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the large front porch in the evenings. Felicia responds immediately to any needs or requests. The housekeeper was very nice and accommodating as well. We will definietly be back for the next boat race!”
