“My husband and I needed a place to stay for an overnight visit to Marietta. We loved being right in the middle of the downtown area with so many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. The space was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We liked how it was decorated and felt at home. We would definitely enjoy staying here again during future visits. “We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was lots of space for our “three generations of adults” family. We have been vacationing together for 18 years and have stayed in a real variety of places and houses. This house is older, but has had some nice updates to the inside spaces. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The garage was a nice place to park two vehicles during a very hot and fairly stormy week. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 day. Watch out for the poison ivy on the bank but other than that, great stay!”

“This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. The only thing we thought that it needed was a bar in the bathroom for the tub. We are all older - it was a 62, 70 and 80 year old in our group and its tough to get into showers that are in a tub setting. We went to Walmart and got one of the suction cup hand bars and put it on for our use- I needed another one for my house any……

“This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!”
