“Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. “Beautiful view overlooking the Ohio River from the deck. Unit was well stocked and clean. There are some things needing attention such as a towel bar which was apparently pulled off the bathroom wall and burn holes in the curtains. The floors squeaked badly throughout the unit and there was not enough insulation to buffer noise from the ladies in the lower rental. Although it was a second floor unit. I counted 31 steps from the ground to the deck to enter the unit. We used this route to carry……

“The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year.”
