“We enjoyed our stay. Very close to where my son lives in Cortland. It was perfect for us to go slowly in the mornings, then head to the their house after they chored. Good for my husband (only a couple steps) with mobility issues. We will definitely stay there again! Oh yes, the Greene Eagle Winery was great too!”

“We attended a wedding reception nearby on an old tree farm. This property was a great location for us and was nice to be a short 10 minute drive from the event. It was nice to continue our country experience. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning was great and we slept peacefully. There was nice porch off the entrance but it needed some cleaning. ”

“Great place to stay for a trip into nelson ledges. Clean and comfortable with WiFi access and a mini fridge. The property it's on is quite large and there are even some farm animals adding to the rustic ambiance. ”

They are also the owners that put money into their house and it shows. They don't just rent out a house and collect money, they really care and upgrade the property. ”
