“You definitely need a car with high clearance and all or 4WD. The roads are rough, so plan to take it slow. High Grove Road is worse than a washboard. I actually prefer the dips and ruts of the other roads, lol. Space is great. Quite, lots of stars. Ended up being there in a snow storm and it was the perfect excuse to curl up on the couch, with the wood stove blazing and a book. Exactly what I wanted. Wished I had had longer to stay there. ”

“My entire family plus friends loved staying at this property. We gathered for my sons graduation from NAU plus a trip to snow bowl. Everything was excellent, and all families had enough space and enjoyed all amenities. Will definitely book again for future stays.”

“Overall very happy with the stay and gave almost 5 stars in every category- 2 minor complaints 1. Small dog lives upstairs and you can hear it when it runs around - I am a dog person so none issue for me but feel like I should mention in case that is something that would bother somebody. 2. It is listed as 2 bedrooms and I believe that is inaccurate- there is a small bed in area off the gym with curtains you can drop for a little privacy ( maybe this was explained and I missed it) these are 2……

“This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family trip. This 12 bedroom home gave everyone lots of privacy, but had so much common areas. The game room was thoughly enjoyed by all ages. This home is centally located for all sites in this beautiful state. Check was real easy. The host, Nicole was awesome. I highly recommend this location for any large group. Absolutely perfect. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it. ”
