“This property was amazing. I had 10 of my family members stay with me for my graduation and everyone was able to have their own bed and or space. No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. After my graduation the host even allowed more of my out state family members to come over and enjoy dinner with no problems. This house is 100% a house you want to stay at!! The host provided the rooms……

“My friend and I meet in the middle in Lancaster every Memorial Day and this was the favorite place we stayed! Our kids (3, 7, and 10) loved playing on the little beach and floating on the rafts (it was still too early season for swimming). They also enjoyed watching the neighbors/hosts go about their chores and chatting with the chickens. “Due to the inaccurate statements of a safe neighborhood, amenities in working order and lack of communication back from the host, my family left the house staying 60 minutes total. I asked months ago about location and safety of the stairs. Communication from the host was not returned and in the end the bedrooms and single bathroom is upstairs. Stairs are slightly unkept. Not ideal for an older mother that has trouble with stairs. I would have cancelled reservation if communication was returned……

“Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The house is old, dirty, and the host clearly lied about number of bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms, not 3. Furniture is old and broken. Pillows are stained. Carpet and entire house is dirty. There was no cleaning prior to our arrival. The kitchen had mops and cleaning supplies out, no trash bags in trashcan. The kitchen was not usable. Overall, it was a terrible stay, would not recommend, will never come back! ”
