“Beautiful house with a comfortable feel of home. Incredible upscale appliances and cookware in the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy. House was very clean on arrival and the thoughtful and intentional decor gave the home a historical heartbeat. The host was friendly, helpful, accessible, and reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have any other needs. Thank you Roland!”

“A great little stay for us while we stopped in Seattle for just a few nights. It was very comfortable after a whole week out in the Olympics. It’s in a great location and really close to a main bus route that we used to get to downtown. Host was very accommodating to our requests and quick to respond to messages. Overall would recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email……

“Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.”

“My honey and I drove up from Oregon for a concert at Dune Peninsula, and needed a place to stay for the night.The place was convenient to get to the venue. It was off a quite street. We had the "Queen From" small, yet cozy and comfy. A great living area, with a cute fridge and microwave.It was very clean and a great price to boot. I would stay there again.Thanks for a great stay at your place Greg.”
