“We had a wonderful time. The place is small but cozy. Clean fully stocked. Dawn was quick to respond with any questions. It dumped a lot of snow so you definitely need chains or 4WD to get up the road . Found out that snow plow doesn't happen after 4/15 but with our chains we got around with no problem . Being dog friendly was a plus. Very friendly neighborhood will definitely come back next year!”

“Great little spot for my week in Cedar City. Clean and had everything I needed. I reached out once with a question to the owner and she responded right away. “Spotlessly clean, wonderful set up, private driveway and entrance. Everything that was needed was there. This was our first stay in a vrbo and booked thru expedia. We'd definitely stay here again. As others stated you could hear walking around upstairs, but it was quieter than the hotel we stayed at the previous night. Wonderful experience!”

The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2. “My wife and I found this place on a Tuesday morning for Wednesday-Friday night get away. Very clean, easy to get to, direction from management easy to follow and access. Kids loved the Pool, Spa and exercise area, my wife loved the sauna. Super close to the main lift. The property as a whole is dated but the unit was in great shape and for the price you can’t beat it. Very happy with our experience. ”

“The house, a duplex, was easy to find and check in. Communication was great as I had a couple of questions upon arrival. Location was less than a 10 minute walk to SUU as we came to attend graduation. Historical Main Street and local shops were also in walking distance. The house was newly updated with nice carpet and updated bathroom. Heat and air conditioning both worked just fine.
