“The house, a duplex, was easy to find and check in. Communication was great as I had a couple of questions upon arrival. Location was less than a 10 minute walk to SUU as we came to attend graduation. Historical Main Street and local shops were also in walking distance. The house was newly updated with nice carpet and updated bathroom. Heat and air conditioning both worked just fine. The reason for four stars in cleanliness is that some of the dishes were not very clean like pan lids and stem……

“This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. The hottub was so great and also not clean so if you are picky and need things pretty clean, this could be an issue. It is also good to know that 4WD/AWD is pretty necessary. This place is remote,……

“We did a family trip for spring break 2025 and had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as expected! We were literally across the street from Giant Steps lift. Even my 10 year old could handle the walk while carrying his own snowboard! One great perk was the host supplied plenty of bath towels as well as separate towels for the hot tub! I had several questions for the host prior to my arrival and they were all answered very promptly! This was our first trip bringing our dog to a private……

“We’ve been coming to Copper Chase at Brian Head for the past 4 years for our annual group ski trip.Our family has stayed in this location twice and 2 other rooms from this same owner the two years prior to that. The rooms have always had everything we needed, communication has always been ongoing and very clear, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and friends every year. We will be back again next year!”

“Everything was good there even was the pool table even though it said there wasn’t! The only complain I would have is maybe the pull out couch mattress needs to be upgraded just old you can feel the springs inside when laying down. Other than that everything was great! Definitely want to return”
