“整體服務其實還算不錯，但是第二天的時候防務人員收走了舊的浴巾確沒有留新的給我們，小毛巾換了但是大的卻沒有換，反應後處理也不是非常好，房間冷氣還會滴水，房務人員的素質和櫃台人員可能要加強。”

“Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I’ve travelled extensively and have never actually written a review- This is a dishonest bunch, the service terrible, the beds uncomfortable, “breakfast” horrendous (the same plate of meat sitting out the entire 3 days of stay), no safe, minimal towels. We left and went to Casa Palacio Maria Luisa which was AMAZING! 10/10!”

“Except for buying the occasional beer from the receptionist, I didn't eat at this hotel. It didn't have a restaurant and it's continental breakfast times were not of use to me. That apart, my room and its facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean, if good size and fully functioning. Its air conditioning worked well and kept its temperature very comfortable in the prevailing outside 41C. The staff were very friendly and very willing to assist when asked.
