“Great location. If you want to walk, this is the place to do it. Beautiful and historic. Very clean but bed very uncomfortable. We also had little or no service during our 8 night stay. We had to find clean sheets and towels midway through our stay and change our on linens. If you don’t mind doing this, you’ll be okay. If you want service during your stay this place won’t make you happy. But again, locates phenomenal!”

“The staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival, it was a nice first expression of Braga, a really lovely place. When checking in, the staff would provide the breakfast menu for the next morning for reservation and we loved everything we ordering, the bread, the yogurt, meat and cheese selection, we even ordered more and the staff would check the availability and offer the food you like to have more. “It was very bad weather in Braga and they let me have my room early as I was wet through and my room was ready. This was good. At night I asked if I had already paid for breakfast and they said I hadn't. I asked what the cost was. They did not ask me to reserve or pay, and they said next morning that I couldn't have breakfast because I hadn't reserved it the previous evening. Eventually, and because I could speak Portuguese, they allowed me to have their breakfast. Payment €3.50”
