“The place is very quiet and beautifully kept. I had the view of the castle from our room. The room was very comfortable and large. Super clean and convenient location. The breakfast was lovely and variety of food (fruits,breads, cheese, coffee/tea, orange juice, jam/jelly, etc). The staff very friendly and welcoming. I would go back in a heartbeat! ”

“Was a great get away. The facilities were new and well thought out. Had a hiccup on check-in as they didn’t have connectivity with Expedia. Originally had room 18 (?) and it was tiny and wonky. Upgraded to suite 22 and it was awesome! Huge difference but not much via rate. Definitely pay for upgrade. The AC in the room wasn't working very well but was still comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at By The Sea. Centrally located, room was spacious and clean. They offer breakfast across the way which is quite filling. I do wish they would have offered coffee in their kitchenette, as one morning we needed to leave before the breakfast place opened and there was none to have. Thankfully we found a bakery on our way that was open before 8am. Would visit again ”

“ This is truly a beautiful boutique hotel. I really liked how it was decorated. I also like the fact that inside the hotel, there was a small area where you can purchase locally made goods and that they had an honesty bar where you could buy items for consumption. The hotel itself isn’t a very good location, walking distance to the monastery, restaurants, and shops. We were in room 503 which overlooked the monastery and I have to say it was a truly a beautiful site. We definitely took advantage……

“We stayed here to access the national park and the nearby limestone caves which are worth seeing. Signage to the reception at the property could be clearer but it is a prominent building in the small village. Breakfast was very good although the absence of tea / coffee amenities in the room meant you had to access them from a common area at cost (expensive). Room tariff included access to some relaxation pools (3 small pools with different temperatures) which was a good experience although you……
