Lo único que no observamos fue el cambio de toallas, pero fue por no indicarles que podían ingresar para hacer el cambio de las mismas.

“Let me start off by saying that the staff were amazing. I barely speak Spanish and they barely spoke English but they were very patient and understanding. The room I was in the first two nights was fine. It was a decent sized room by my standards but almost half of it was taken up by a jacuzzi tub that I was instructed not to use. Weird but ok. Don’t need that. On my third night I was stopped on my way out and asked if I would switch rooms. Hmm, ok. So I stood there for 30 minutes while the room……
