“Property definitely upper end, very clean, safe area, quiet, and somewhat a good value. I do have to complain about checking in at the front desk and the staff at their free breakfast. Il be honest, not sure if they were having a bad day or just didn’t like am American or one that can’t speak Spanish. However , the bellman were nothing less than excellent and very helpful. Overall, it’s a great place, nice rooms, great location (el Ploblado) and I would stay there again. ”

“Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. There is building being built right next door to the hotel so any view from the room was definitely gone and we could not open the curtains because the construction workers can see right into the room with a view of the bed. The shower is separate from the bathroom. The closet was very small. While I loved the hotel and location I would probably never stay there again. The only real view was from the rooftop. There is no pool only a large hot tub.……

“The property doesn’t have a/c. I’m told there are 2 fans, but they were already being used. No hair dryer in the room. No bathroom door at all. The check in process was cumbersome and took longer than usual. The lady who took care of us was very sweet though, I have no complaints about her at all, she was great. We were on the 3rd floor I believe, and there are only stairs. If this place was more budget friendly, I would’ve gave it 3 and a half stars”

“The toilet was broken and per days not have hot water in the bathroom. Not clean the room every day.”

“The host at the property was staying here as well we put our belongs in the safe and everyday there was 100-150 short so we set a trap for him and left 2k.and the next day there was 50 short,we know contacted the police and we would like some compensation for what has happened.even one time we left a glass half of water and we came back it was full of water ”

“Todo me encantó, el staff fue muy amable en todo momento, la habitación contaba con lo necesario, agua caliente, buena presión y flujo de la regadera y lavabos, la terraza es muy linda así como también el balcón de la habitación, pequeño pero algo es algo. Buena ubicación, una tienda de abarrotes donde puedes encontrar caso de todo, justo enfrente de la propiedad, así como un pequeño Stand de jugos naturales.
