“Check-in was a little confusing. I entered the building with no problems but then had no idea what to do next. I didn't have an apartment number. I had to chat in the lobby on WhatsApp and also provide a photo of my passport, before getting the apartment number and key-safe code. It was not smooth but they did do all they could to help me.”

“I loved this hotel. Alex, the manager, was warm and friendly and assisted me many times. The location was perfect, quiet and many shops and restaurants around. The bed was confortable, lots of great pillows, strong wifi and great shower pressure. I had a balcony in my room and it was wonderful to see the view of the mountains. Very convenient to have a restaurant on the top floor with a stunning view of the city and tasty food. ”

“Very nice hotel close to Medellín airport. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh options. Perfect place to stay for an early flight or a short visit near the airport.”

“Property is very clean, staff is very friendly, and location is excellent. It is right in the middle of parque el poblado and parque lleras Like two minute walking distance on either side. I loved that it was close enough to walk anywhere but far out enough for piece and quiet . Breakfast was great. Will definitely come back to this hotel in our next visit. ”
