“Do not stay here!!! I spent half of my two week vacation without hot water. It is great to have a jacuzzi, unless it is full of cold water. The property manager quit responding to my messages when I asked for a partial refund and I was sent automatic message responses with numbers to call which did not work. The property looks great, but works terribly, and the customer service was the worst I have experienced in Medellin so far - and that says a lot. Again, i repeat, stay literally anywhere……

“This hotel has a lot of potential but lacking in a few key areas. First the positive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent! No AC but wasn’t necessary, however no fan and that is sometimes necessary on warmer days. The prices for their beverages are outrageous and not even particularly cold.
