“Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche……

“Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.”

“We couldn't fault the accommodation but we assumed that the reference to parking available/on site meant that it came with parking. We tried contacting the owner but it took a day to get a response. The parking is by request and is an additional 15 euros per day. We still had a great holiday and it's a good base for site seeing.”

“L’appartement est parfait, dans un quartier calme, avec un patio dont nous avons bien pu profiter aux premières chaleurs. Le bus est vraiment à proximité, pour le centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable et la maison bien agencée. Attention toutefois au stationnement qui est payant devant l’appartement. Il suffit de traverser le périphérique pour y trouver des places gratuites.L’hôte est très réactif (il a réglé un problème dans la location dans les 2h après que nous……
