He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again!”

“This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one……

“The house is quite spacious and met our family’s needs. Our son is in a wheelchair and one of the main floor bedrooms and bathroom was perfect for his comfort and mobility. We did have one minor issue with the house which delayed our ability to check in on time. The host immediately addressed the issue. We did have what we considered a major issue with the house which impacted our entire stay at the house. We notified the host once we encountered the major issue and they scheduled a……
