“This was my second stay at Chancellor Peak. We stayed in chalet #14 which is private with an amazing view of the Peak and the surrounding nature. The chalet complex is located right at the Kootenay River. The area is very quiet and there are bears as well. A black bear came looking for food around the chalets a couple of nights. Overall a great place to stay and good value.”

“A great getaway. The only shortfall was the shower is a tight space would not recommend for a large person over 6’2 and/or a wide person.”

“The place was well located and comfortable, with a cook kitchen (well stocked) and excellent communication with the property manager. The only regret was that the hot tub was not working, as it is one of the things I look forward to after skiing. ”
