“Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend.”

“Good location, a carrefour express store at the next lane, and the hotel is close to subway & bus stop and there is a shopping mall just takes you around 5 mins to go there for shopping or eating. btw there is a laundry store at the corner is charge more cheaper than the hotel.”

“the hotel is very nice, great breakfast. extortionate price for parking (85 usd), they also made us wait until 3pm to enter the room (even though room was ready) unless we paid 50 usd. all in all good product but poor price/quality ratio.”
