“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“What a beautiful hotel. The property is very well kept. The lobby is inviting and cozy. The chocolate covered pretzels at the desk were a nice treat after a very long drive. Check in was easy and the receptionist friendly. We were also offered sweet tea and chowder, it was broccoli cheddar at the time, complimentary. They also offered complimentary ice cream. The room was spacious and clean. All white linens makes for a very clean look. The hotel is pet friendly. I did not see any……

The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what really made the trip unforgettable was the town of Lincoln. Lincoln is truly a hidden gem in Maine. The area is surrounded by stunning lakes that are perfect for kayaking, swimming, or simply taking in the peaceful views.
