Our group felt very privileged to have stayed in such a welcoming place, to have gotten such great weather, and to have been able to visit Vermont! “Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. Located on a relatively secluded hill top with plenty of usable space around the cabin. We saw a couple deer and had daily visits from a few wild turkeys. Daughter enjoyed the pool/air hockey/foosball table.”

“This property is at the best location! Big yard, woods all around and the owner allows my dogs to come. It is well equipped and comfortable!”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“A beautiful lakeside home with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Kayaks and canoes, a swimming beach a few minutes walk down the road, and a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home to relax in. 2 decks overhead the lake great for reading, eating and relaxing.”
