“Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I……

“Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked. We are glad we have received a message though expedia telling us that the rooms we booked and paid for are gone and they transfered us in a different hotel.”
