“There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund.
