“Nicely renovated and appointed old farmhouse. Minor hiccup getting into the house--access code was changed last minute, which led to some late-night confusion and frustration getting into the house--and the upstairs double bed wasnt ideal (a futon that barely fit two small preteens)--but overall a great place to stopover on a long road trip. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Such a great location! We came for a concert at the Kettlehouse and wanted to pop further into town to do some shopping. The house is close to both. It is near the train tracks so, there is train noise during the day and throughout the night. Nothing the property can do but if you’re a light sleeper, you should keep that in mind. The house is cute, clutter free and has everything we needed for a night stay. We’ll definitely look into staying again! ”

“We had a lovely time staying at 282 tiny w our 2 dogs. The space was set up perfect for what we needed. Private alley entrance and separately fenced patio/yard was a plus. The location is great! Easily walkable to downtown, parks, and a trail on the other side of the highway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable vrbo in the heart of Missoula. ”

“Very nice 3 level town home. Modern, clean. Good owner communication for questions. Top level bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Middle level well stocked kitchen with open floor plan with seating and a tv. Each room and area have min-splits A/C which were very efficient. Bottom level was a bedroom, bathroom and a large screen tv movie type room. Beds are all very comfortable. Only slight item is there is a train coupling station near by that would rumble at night. If one were a light sleeper, might be a……

“This is an outstandingly beautiful and comfortable property. It is a classic Georgian center hall colonial with exquisite architecture and woodwork. It is located in a lovely neighborhood close to the University and downtown. The kitchen was updated with everything needed to serve family. The bedrooms were large and bright. Actually, every room streams light through classic cross pane windows. The host was extremely accommodating. We could not have been happier with our stay. Jan and Greg”

“We stayed with our extended family while in Missoula for graduation. Loved how much space there is with three bedrooms upstairs and two down. The home was clean and comfortable for us. I would definitely stay again. Two fairly minor issues 1) there were no kitchen towels or dish rags in the kitchen. When I contacted the owner he sent the maintenance man over that day with towel (we later found the dish towels in a closet in one of the bedrooms). 2) when we checked in a 4:00 the lawn crew……

“Everything about this precious property was perfect. Our 2 kids had a great time playing in the large yard and we could walk to everything we wanted to do. ”

“Very nice space with everything we needed for a couple of days in Missoula. We opted to drive downtown, just a few minutes away due to the little heat wave we were in, but it would've been a quick walk otherwise. ”

“This was a perfect little place to stay during state track. We were 10 minutes from the MCPS where the track meet was held. Loved being able to cook our own meals. Everything was clean and beautiful ”
