“We loved the cabin, it was clean and well kept. Google maps led us astray, but I called the owner and she got us right there. I loved the location, but wish it wasn’t such a long gravel road to get there. I’ll still go back anyway!”

“Pictures on line do not do the cabin justice. It is way nicer in person. View to the river is incredible. We highly recommend renting. I know we will be back. Jeff is a great host who provides any and all information you request. Last minute perfect getaway for Thanksgiving!”

“We loved the outdoor space, the fire pit with a delivery of cured wood and the hot tub. The short walk to the state park walking trails was wonderful! The indoor space was small but fine for a weekend stay. Overall it was clean, but the corners could use a vacuum....lots of dead lady bugs there.”

“Was a fantastic place to stay, any questions were answered quickly. Very clean, has everything you need for a weekend, you really only need to pack your clothes and food. We had a issue with the door code on the second day and someone was there to help us within 5 minutes of the call and there was nothing wrong with the door, it was operator error!!!”

“Had a hard time finding, because I forgot to read your instructions. Oops! But found it and was easy to get in. The trains in the evening where intersting to watch do maintenance. We enjoyed a couple new places to eat Thee Abbeys, and Iron Mule. Did Joe's canoe on the black River. Weather ended up being GREAT! Also did Elephant Rock and Johnsons shut-in. Perfect weekend! “First of all the place is immaculate and perfect for a small family. The pull out sofa was comfortable for our teenager, and we enjoyed the coffee and snacks that were left by the hosts. Chuck was great to work with, he communicated openly with me, even when I had multiple schedule changes on my end. Check and check out were effortless, we will certainly be staying again!”

“Beautiful clean well stocked cabin in the woods. Freshly remodeled with beautiful woodwork and cozy home feeling. Scott Michelle are great hosts. Close to many fun things to do in the Ozarks like Johnson shut-ins elephant rocks, canoeing hiking and lots of other outdoor activities”

“Property details are incorrect for this listing. It is not a cabin. It is a carport converted into living quarters. My husband looked at the structure of the building to find this out. Covered area: hit head on the low roof and I could see in the gutter clearly at 5'5". Front room/kitchen area has a big bed in it. You can touch kitchen table while in bed. Air conditioner is a wall mount and there is no "real vent" throughout building. The vents are fake. Had to leave door to other room and……
