“We spent the weekend at this lovely cabin. It was the perfect place to get away. The cabin was wonderful. It had all the amenities. I recommend stocking up on groceries on the way there so that once you unpack, you can just relax and enjoy sitting on the porch enjoying the view. The hosts had board games that the kids and I enjoyed playing. There are plenty of movies, books, and magazines to enjoy while you relax. We will definitely be back.”

“The cabin stay was wonderful, it was a very quiet area with easy access to marina one way and a short drive to town the other. The cabin was appropriately displayed on pictures, and the process with owners for in and out check in/out process was very easy. We would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a weekend away and you’re in Piedmont. We will be staying again. ”

“It was cozy. Have a little trouble getting the place warm at first. But overall comfortable and cozy. Kitchen could use a little more supplies for everyday life especially if you are planning to cook a lot in the kitchen. Shower had no cold water. So the shower was very hot. All that aside was very comfortable and cozy and great for what we needed it for.”

“Property details are incorrect for this listing. It is not a cabin. It is a carport converted into living quarters. My husband looked at the structure of the building to find this out. Covered area: hit head on the low roof and I could see in the gutter clearly at 5'5". Front room/kitchen area has a big bed in it. You can touch kitchen table while in bed. Air conditioner is a wall mount and there is no "real vent" throughout building. The vents are fake. Had to leave door to other room and……

“We have been here before. This is our second stay. We love the tin roof cabin. We call it the girl scout cabin because of the layout of the beds but we heard it used to be a nunery. Either way it is a spectacular property. We were traveling with all of our children and spouses. We love The Abbey Kitchen, Elephant Rocks, Johnsons Shut-Ins, and new this time we rafted with Parks Bluff. A great trip. Two things; the listing says toaster and we didn't see one. Also the air wasn't working……
