“Apartment is very nice and very clean. There were a couple of issues that were out of the orders control. They were very responsive and helpful. I believe this is a new listing. There were couple of small things that could be improved on. (eg: availability of necessities like towels, trash bags, etc.) But overall a very nice stay that I would visit again. ”

“My mother and I stayed in this luxurious home for a graduation in Cypress and everything was perfect!!! The Host left us breakfast and a few items to make our first morning grand and comfortable! “The check-in process was simple and the property manager provided very detailed instructions. Arriving to a basket of treats with a sweet note with our name on it just added the perfect touch! The property was immaculate and cozy, with neat appliances I enjoyed with my kids, such as a SodaStream! Even the bedding smelled amazing!! The pool area was gorgeous and not crowded at all. “The first problem was that the WIFI didn't actually connect to the Internet. This might have been ok if we actually were able to get the host to respond to this when we reached out to them on email, voicemail, text messaging, and regular cell calls over 3 days. We never did have Internet for the entire 3 days.”
