“This is a scam. No one answered, the area was dirty. The other tenants said no one rents their apartment there.”

“The apartment was just as stated in the listing. It was super clean and quiet. I had a very pleasant stay. ”

“The trash that sat by the front door had not been taken out probably in a month and smelled very bad. After we had to take the trash out to the curb it left a gross liquid that attracted a lot of flies that would then get into the unit. The front bathroom smelled very strongly of mold. We also found roaches in the kitchen. I contacted the “owner” of the Vrbo about some of these concerns and never heard back. I would definitely not stay here again.”

“I booked with this property, got a confirmation, flew out the day of, arrived to front office of residence. Was told that it was illegal to (VRBO) this apartment. Tried to reach out to host and got no response. Tried to contact VRBO directly and was only able to “talk” to a virtual assistant that got me nowhere. Had to check into a hotel…I’ve been using VRBO for years and this is the first time that this has happened. I just want my money back. ”

“Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. 4 major light bulbs out and they said maintenance was coming to fix it and never showed up.. Second, we received emails at midnight and 4:00 a.m. emails and text message which I thought was bad timing and not okay. Also,when we got there there was a ton of issues wrong with with light bulbs burnt out and other issues along with that there was scruffs on the walls,floors, baseboards, as well as basins in the bathroom weren't draining. Everything was……
