“Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. “The property was lovely! Just as described and shown in photos.Our family of 5 was in town for 2 family funerals, one in League City and the other in Conroe. We have family in the Magnolia/Tomball area which is why we chose this property to rent. Both services were easy to get to from the house and it was nice to stay in proximity to other family members so we could go to dinners together.Amy was very friendly and easy to get ahold of—and the animals were an added bonus.We would love to stay……
