“Property was very clean, well-appointed, and in a location that was safe and convenient to a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Clean swimming pool was a nice perk. There was a neighboring dog that let out sad yips at night and early morning sometimes, but not much to be done about that in an apartment complex.Property manager was fantastic. “Had a great stay at this charming apartment. Everything was clean, and well cared for. Very comfortable. I ended up arriving late at night and had a little confusion as for location as mailboxes are not in front of the homes. Only thing that could be improved is a picture of the exterior of the home to help locate (Although Google maps had the Address perfect, waze did not)”

“The gated entry made me feel really safe and the designated parking spot gave me peace of mind that my rental car will be safe as well. The unit is spacious and comfortable and very well designed! Dereck was an excellent host and easy to reach and responded to my requests very quickly. Loved how affordable this was especially with the gym and pool amenities. I will definitely be back!!”

“We enjoyed the condo. The home was very clean and had plenty of stocked items. If you prefer to bring your own coffee, bring grounds not pods. Plenty of parking, which is often hard at condos. Wish we had time to use more of the amenities. Great communication. Seem like great independent owners. We recommend. ”
