“Let me start with the house. It’s beautiful inside and out. It was perfectly equipped for the 5 of us (adults) to stay for our son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland AFB. We all enjoyed the open concept living area and of course the quiet space in our bedrooms. The property manager was responsive and had great communication. This house was a very quick and easy ride to the Air Force base and to San Antonio proper where we visited a few times. The local HEB right up the road made grocery planning……

“The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought……

“An excellent location to the venue I was going, clean beds, front desk very helpful.”

“It was a clean quaint house with easy access to downtown and Lackland Airforce base. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and having our new Airman be able to relax. I felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood and was delighted with the upgrades on the houses around us. This was so much better than hotels we were loo m ing ar. The host, whom unfortunately we never met, was kind and relatable via email. I would recommend this beautiful property for anyone who needs a home away from home. ”

“Upon arriving i couldnt find the entry code. Called the office and no answer. But at 9:30 at night management called me talkong about charging me an additional $100. Bcus it was 8 of us and a baby. Saying that we was over 8pp. They watching you on the camras that they have at the front door and back door. So uncomfortable. Then on check out day the lady pulled up at 9:40am and sat outside until we left at o:45am. Check out was at 10am. Then she went in. Also my son said he think she was taking……

“Property was in a good location close to downtown. Problems included no adult table and chairs for eating meals, loft access was dangerous and not up to code, no living room area, bed was just a piece of foam thrown over an old mattress, really poor layout that has potential but not being used. No shelving or closet space along with a complete lack of counter space in kitchen and bathroom.”
