“This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay on Munson Street. It is short walk to a large grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. I especially would recommend a walk over to the Westboro neighborhood to see some grand Topeka houses. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the many features of the house, including the coffee-makers, washer and dryer, effective heat and AC, and nice back deck. I would definitely stay there again!”

“This is our second time to stay in Jason's properties. We drove through a hail storm and winds in a thunderstorm. Jason was quick to get the property cleaned up and comfortable. Always super responsive to any needs we have. Appreciate having a clean, comfy place. Well taken care of. Perfect to have our volunteer group over for a grilled burger after a day of hard work painting. Would recommend their properties. ”

“Loved this property. We traveled from Iowa to see our daughter at KU and have a weekend together. Area was easy to travel. We had fun at a local farmers market and NOTO. Even got to see the Tulips and Twlight event. House was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.
