“This property worked great for our group. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation. The beds in the main level bedrooms were pretty high, they were hard for my 75 year old parent to get in and out of. The description say there is a pull out couch but really the couches are just reclining couches”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay on Munson Street. It is short walk to a large grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. I especially would recommend a walk over to the Westboro neighborhood to see some grand Topeka houses. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the many features of the house, including the coffee-makers, washer and dryer, effective heat and AC, and nice back deck. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Found it odd that I couldn't get address until day before particularly when traveling for two days to get there. Also found communications almost expecting me to either stay too late or have a party, just came across as unpleasant to me. ”

“Loved this property. We traveled from Iowa to see our daughter at KU and have a weekend together. Area was easy to travel. We had fun at a local farmers market and NOTO. Even got to see the Tulips and Twlight event. House was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We had a little bit of a hard time getting in the front keypad, but Brandie responded quickly and helped us. More user error than anything. Only thing I could recommend is a better seating area in the……
